If you need to make a return, please contact me directly at You have a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to initiate a return. Remember, the ceramics I sell are fragile, so handle them with care. Before returning any item, please reach out to me first for guidance.

Return Condition and Proof of Purchase 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged in any way. Additionally, you'll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. The responsibility of securely packing the item for return and the cost of return shipping will be yours.

Custom Products and Non-returnable Items 

Please note that custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, are not eligible for returns. Similarly, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damage During Delivery 

Despite my efforts to pack items securely, accidents during delivery can happen. If your item arrives damaged, immediately contact me with photos of the damage. Also, promptly contact your local delivery company for a damage appraisal. Please keep all packaging materials until the case is fully resolved. Follow the instructions I provide carefully, as this is essential for a successful insurance claim and potential refund for the damaged items.


Cancellations are possible within 12 hours of placing your order. If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible.

No Exchanges Policy
